Job Summary

Adient Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team at our Central Coast location in Santa Maria, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting engineering data, inspecting aviation parts, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receiving and first article inspections
  • Interpret engineering data, including drawings and specifications
  • Use measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers, to inspect parts
  • Write inspection reports and nonconformance reports
  • Participate in corrective actions and root cause analysis

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Basic math skills and ability to understand tolerances
  • ASQ Certification desired
