Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our finance team in providing financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and business insights to drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of monthly internal and external reporting packages, including financial analysis and commentary.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, including financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning and reporting tools, including dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on business initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting activities.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
