Position Summary:

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Catering Porter to join our team in the Boston area.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Enjoys engaging with customers and excels in service-oriented roles
  • Exhibits a friendly demeanor and possesses high energy when interacting with others
  • Has experience handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
  • Is comfortable using technology and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Prior experience in food service and cashier roles is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with customers by ensuring a welcoming café atmosphere
  • Proactively deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and manage dishwashing duties
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude

  • Report any issues to the Director to facilitate effective problem-solving
