Substance Abuse Counselor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at Hire Health. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help patients understand and manage their addiction
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Master's degree in a related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work
- Valid licensure or certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor
- Experience working with individuals with addiction and substance abuse issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
