KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret technical documents to ascertain the sequence and methods for fabricating and assembling products.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and hammers to assemble components.
  • Install sub-assemblies into the framework as per specifications and inspect both sub-assemblies and final products for compliance with quality standards. Make necessary adjustments and rework as required.
  • Transfer completed assemblies or products to subsequent workstations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

  • This position does not entail supervisory duties.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred, along with prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

  • Ability to read and understand documents such as safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY

  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Capability to read and utilize a tape measure.

REASONING SKILLS

  • Ability to apply logical reasoning to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats. Competence in addressing problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to follow management directives and adhere to established authority.

CERTIFICATIONS

  • No certifications are required for this position.

  • Consistent attendance is a crucial job requirement, defined as having reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance, including the ability to work regular hours, overtime, and weekends as necessary.
