Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Unit Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, processing orders, and providing administrative support to our medical unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow and movement within the unit
  • Process and manage patient orders and requests
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts and records
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and other departments
  • Request and obtain necessary supplies and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree or certification preferred
  • Certification: Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) certification preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
