Job Summary:

The Cashier, Concessions role is a key position within the Legends organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions at our events. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with guests and colleagues to deliver a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to Legends' quality standards.
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Legends' health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
