- Direct patrons to parking areas: Provide clear and concise directions to patrons, ensuring they are aware of available parking options and any restrictions.
- Complete daily shift paperwork: Accurately record transactions, vehicle counts, and other relevant data to help us optimize our operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Ensure the cashier booth is tidy and free of debris, with clean windows and no unauthorized posters or decorations.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet patrons warmly, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank them upon departure.
- Perform small cleaning and maintenance tasks: Assist with tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in special projects: Collaborate with location management on various projects to improve our services and operations.
