WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Inspire, cultivate, and guide high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and enhance store profitability through effective training, coaching, and motivational initiatives.

- Formulate strategic decisions aligned with business needs and company objectives, executing actionable plans to drive sales and profit growth.

- Mentor and support store teams on performance metrics, sales targets, and areas for improvement.

- Develop comprehensive business strategies and establish realistic goals and performance indicators.

- Implement sales incentives to motivate teams, ensuring accountability for achieving defined objectives.

- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentations in accordance with company guidelines.

- Regularly communicate with senior management regarding product availability and market trends to optimize operational efficiency.

- Ensure effective loss prevention measures are in place, maintaining accurate inventory levels.

- Demonstrate expertise in managing operational expenses while balancing budgetary considerations.

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

- A Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business is preferred.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in luxury retail.

- A strong understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.

- Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
