Job Title: Retail Manager

Heaven Gifts is seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to lead our retail operations in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and building strong relationships with key retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Establish timely information feedback channels to enable regional retail managers to directly engage with key retailers, providing market updates promptly.
  2. Retail Work Planning: Develop detailed retail work plans for each region, including supervising and verifying on-site personnel (FF) and store execution progress.
  3. Store Operations: Oversee all on-site retail business in the United States, responsible for managing team members.
  4. Market Information Dissemination: Ensure timely dissemination of market information, execute new product launches and seasonal activities.
  5. Retailer Relationships: Build relationships with key retailers, facilitate training, store action analysis, closed-loop checks, and set goals for on-site team members.
  6. Communication and Guidance: Communicate with retail store managers through personal and team phone calls, written communication, and store visits to plan, allocate, and guide their overall responsibilities, ensuring understanding and compliance with store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  7. Sales Performance and Analysis: Manage all shoppers in conjunction with agency companies, implement point-of-sale materials to enhance in-store brand visibility, check sales performance, inventory, competitor analysis, and be responsible for increasing sales through strategies developed by headquarters.
  8. Customer Experience: Collaborate with store teams to provide continuous excellent shopping and consumer experiences through customer service and interaction, cleanliness, product display, and ambiance.
  9. Team Guidance and Development: Provide guidance and training for on-site teams and store management teams on positive performance or challenging situations and develop corrective action plans.
  10. Liaison Role: Act as the liaison between headquarters and stores.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher education, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  2. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, able to establish positive cooperation with retailers and drive sales growth.
  3. Communication and Language Skills: Strong communication skills, fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English preferred.
  4. Team Management and Coordination: Ability to effectively organize and coordinate the work of on-site retail execution teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and achieve expected outcomes.
  5. Market Analysis and Strategy: Ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior, understand sales trends, and develop corresponding sales strategies.
  6. Team Motivation and Goal Achievement: Effective management and motivation of team members, ensuring the achievement of team goals.
  7. Crisis Management: Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively deal with emergencies and challenges.
