We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Data Reporting Specialist to join our team at AmTrust Financial Services. As a key member of our Claims organization, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within specialized claims lines.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Claims and Actuarial leadership teams to coordinate complex reporting of claims trends and patterns.
- Drive the creation of a robust data foundation for the specialized Claims lines, including partnering with outside data sources.
- Leverage business processes and relevant data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain advanced data visualization solutions to present business insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Support Claims leadership team with ad-hoc requests and perform other functionally related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial or operational reporting, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Experience with advanced SQL and BI software suites.
- Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business units.
