Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team at Paymentus. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver end-to-end dashboard and analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions.
  • Provide insight regarding interpretation of data and trends, explaining the 'what' and 'why' of data results.
  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes, and produce ad-hoc reports.
  • Evaluate and utilize appropriate tools to streamline report generation and provide speed to business leader decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree within a marketing/business-related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience in architecting, designing, developing BI and other analytical, reporting solutions using standard BI tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in Tableau Ecosystem (Prep, Desktop, Server, Online).
  • Experience in problem-solving/conflict resolution, critical thinking, and priority setting.

Work Environment:

This role requires use of standard office equipment such as a laptop computer.

Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

Up to 5% Travel, minimal.
