Job Overview

Position Summary

As the International Trade Compliance Export Leader, you will spearhead the collaboration between the International Trade Compliance (ITC) and Customs & Transportation Organization (C&TO) to ensure seamless integration of ITC processes within export operations.

Key Responsibilities


1. Drive alignment of annual priorities based on enterprise risk assessment.
2. Ensure compliance with export operations enterprise standards through effective process development, assigning responsibilities, training, and continuous monitoring.
3. Oversee SCRA and C&TO Risk Model KPIs, directing actions to mitigate export risks and consulting on corrective action plans to enhance KPI outcomes.
4. Collaborate with C&TO vertical leaders and ITC for annual risk reduction strategies, translating these into actionable plans.
5. Manage ITC compliance investigations requiring C&TO involvement, including resource allocation, problem-solving leadership, and the development of corrective actions.
6. Lead the establishment and implementation of C&TO export governance, monitoring effectiveness through KPIs and addressing any gaps with C&TO leaders.
7. Define and maintain the ITC and C&TO relationship, including the development of a RASCI matrix for global export clarity.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of customs experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in customs operations.
