At CorsoCare, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Admissions Nurse to join our Hospice team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Assess and reassess the nursing needs of Hospice patients
- Provide dietary counseling and Hospice nursing services
- Initiate nursing procedures and treatments as needed
- Teach and supervise patients and family members on providing care
- Develop and re-evaluate patient/family care plans
- Prior Hospice experience required
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, Hospice preferred
- Active patient contact within the past three years, preferred
- Comprehensive benefits
