Position: Director of Social Work

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications for the Director of Social Work:
- Master’s degree in social work or a related discipline.
- Preferred licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in social services, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within a long-term care environment.
- Strong knowledge of the aging process, psychosocial needs of the elderly, and the effects of chronic illness.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and establish positive relationships with residents and their families.
