Position Overview

This is a part-time, non-benefited role specifically designed for students. Only individuals enrolled at the institution are eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light manual tasks related to indoor and outdoor gardening
  • Assist in potting various plants
  • Shovel soil into planters
  • Water and maintain plant health
  • Conduct weeding activities
  • Trim and care for plants
  • Support interactive garden programming and related activities
  • Develop engaging materials for Outreach for Teacher Recruitment and Retention (OTRR) initiatives
  • Organize and assess OTRR materials for events and distribution

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award
