Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation structure includes an annual base salary with uncapped commission potential, with earnings ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 or more. Additional benefits include:

Ideal Candidate:

We are in search of a motivated, educated, and goal-oriented sales professional. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be available to work on-site during business hours, including weekends.
  • Possess a passion for assisting customers with significant purchasing decisions.
  • Have proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite.
  • Obtain a real estate license during training (not required to start).
  • Have reliable transportation for travel during work hours.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and current liability insurance.
  • Possess 2+ years of experience in a sales or service-oriented role (preferred).
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through the home buying process.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility within the local Realtor community and attract potential home buyers.
  • Engage in ongoing sales training through our proprietary platform and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team and present business plans to builder partners to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee the model home during operational hours, ensuring its upkeep and the appearance of the sales office and community.
