Position Overview:
KEITH is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor and Mapper to enhance our Survey and Mapping division.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Land Surveyor and Mapper, you will:

  • Supervise daily operations of both field and office personnel across various projects and clients from initial proposal to final deliverables.
  • Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to KEITH's quality benchmarks and client requirements.
  • Engage in strategic planning and implement processes to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, budgets, timelines, invoicing, and contracts.
  • Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings as necessary.
  • Establish work plans and determine staffing needs for multiple projects.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with sub-consultants and other business partners.
  • Provide support to various operational units as required.
  • Represent company interests at meetings and industry events as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in a professional or managerial role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in project and phase management.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD Open Roads, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate assignments and deliverables to team members.
  • The capability to mentor, lead, and inspire a team.
  • A Professional License is preferred.
