We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor Manager to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, supervising a team of up to 5 members, and negotiating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee up to 10-20 projects at a time
- Supervise and coach up to a 5-member team
- Negotiate, phase track, and quality control assigned projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Requirements:
- PLS, PSM, or RLS certification or commitment to obtain
- 2+ years relevant education, training, classes, or on-the-job experience
- Civil Engineering (surveying specialization), Geomatics Engineering, or Spatial Analysis training is a plus
- Approachable, open communication leadership style required

- Salary range $80-120k based on experience
