Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor Manager to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, supervising a team of up to 5 members, and negotiating with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee up to 10-20 projects at a time
  • Supervise and coach up to a 5-member team
  • Negotiate, phase track, and quality control assigned projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • PLS, PSM, or RLS certification or commitment to obtain
  • 2+ years relevant education, training, classes, or on-the-job experience
  • Civil Engineering (surveying specialization), Geomatics Engineering, or Spatial Analysis training is a plus
  • Approachable, open communication leadership style required
