Daily Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass individual sales goals by engaging eligible businesses within the designated territory and identifying growth opportunities
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies, including direct client engagement through face-to-face interactions
  • Participate in management training sessions and regular sales meetings
  • Assist in tracking customer payments and collections
  • Compile and review necessary reports for the Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • Evaluate site plans and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Maintain vehicles, office, and grounds in accordance with company standards
  • Provide training for Account Executives and assist in developing marketing strategies
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues for Program participants
  • Ensure adherence to Program regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Field Tech/Operations Manager on scheduling and safety observations
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the General Manager
  • Step in as General Manager when required

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to relocate as necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful work ethic
  • Strategic and operational marketing and management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication with diverse audiences
  • Ability to present information clearly and confidently
  • Experience in the advertising industry is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and resilient in the face of challenges

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred
  • If no degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience required
  • 2 years of management experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based work environment
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 75 lbs, reaching, and prolonged sitting or standing
  • Willingness to travel as needed
