Event Staff Job Description

At Allied Universal Event Services, we're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Staff team. As an Event Staff member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional customer service, managing crowd flow, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect tickets, welcome, and usher guests while providing superior customer service.
  • Direct foot traffic and ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
  • Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
  • Verify wristbands and badges, and allow appropriate entry into each venue.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and may be required to pass a Driver's Record check.
  • Be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
