We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Manager to join our team at WireNut Home Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HVAC maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field support and guidance to HVAC technicians to ensure the proper implementation of maintenance and repair services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve HVAC maintenance department performance, including reporting and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recalls, failed inspections, and technician efficiencies.
  • Mentor and assist HVAC maintenance technicians to ensure they have the support they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with dispatchers and technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of HVAC maintenance services.
  • Develop and maintain safety standards to safeguard our customers and team members.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Task-oriented and detail-focused with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
