About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician Instructor to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our training program, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum to students in a professional and proficient manner.
  • Assign and grade assignments, input attendance records, and maintain a safe and effective learning environment through classroom management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date training program.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or completion of a certificate program in HVAC or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and/or Refrigeration maintenance or a related field.
