The analyst serves as the subject matter expert for all support and master data management systems associated with the IBP solution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate business process analysis for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Order fulfillment.
  • Implement design and configuration of IT Planning applications in accordance with business needs.
  • Create functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and oversee the design, implementation, and integration of systems and processes for designated business areas.
  • Foster partnerships across all organizational levels within Information Technology, internal business stakeholders, technical support teams, and external partners.
  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project completion within established timelines and budgets.
  • Identify trends and gaps in existing systems and processes.
  • Recommend projects aimed at enhancing systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Address daily operational issues to fulfill user, business, and production requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation of status, root causes, and resolutions.
  • Conduct testing of new system functionalities and quality assurance.
  • Develop and update support documentation for production troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT Application Support and external partners for software issue resolution.
  • Continuously monitor vendor releases and propose enhancements that add value.
  • Work with Implementation Partners, IT, and Business representatives to develop and test new features.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience with integrated planning solutions such as Blue Yonder, SAP APO, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC modules including PP, SD, and LE.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer trust and confidence.
  • Willingness to travel: 10-20%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of application development and lifecycle management.
  • Capability to analyze project, program, and portfolio requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of business processes, strategic planning, and business methods.
  • Expertise in problem analysis and design techniques.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities; capacity to generate original concepts.
  • Facilitation of business meetings and influence on best practices.
