Hybrid Business Analyst Role

Solving IT, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Hybrid Business Analyst to join their team in Chicago, IL. As a Hybrid Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current operational procedures and identify areas for improvement to achieve operational excellence
  • Build relationships and collaborate with business units, development teams, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requests
  • Ensure that complex requirements are executable, testable, complete, and unambiguous
  • Document and elicit requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other tools

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a business analyst role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tools)
  • Experience on a variety of simple to complex projects
  • Proven ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
