This role comes with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
The Business Office Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and effective administration of patient records, billing, and other financial transactions. This role will also involve supervising administrative staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership roles;
- Proven track record of success in business operations management;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
