Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Engineer/Principal Data Center Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for integrating and testing software/hardware systems in complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering documentation for system configuration
  • Execute engineering projects on schedule and collaborate with engineers to generate and redline documented procedures
  • Implement engineering changes to the system as required and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM-related field with 2+ years of engineering experience or MS with 0+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR)
  • Active CompTIA Security+, CASP, or CISSP certification and demonstrated experience with modern VMware releases
  • Preferred qualifications include VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification, hands-on VMware virtualization and/or cloud experience, and experience administrating vSphere and vCF
