Join our dynamic team and explore a rewarding career opportunity. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cybersecurity Systems Advisor with extensive experience in IT and security protocols. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with stringent security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary consultant to the Information System Owner, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
- Oversee the implementation and upkeep of security controls in alignment with the System Security Plan (SSP) and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, facilitating the transition of systems from Assessment and Authorization to ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and sustain the Security Plan and Body of Evidence for various systems.
- Manage vulnerability assessments and devise effective solutions to address security concerns.
- Conduct regular system evaluations to verify compliance with authorization requirements.
- Support the change control process to ensure maintenance activities adhere to organizational policies.
- Review and generate authorization support documentation for Information Systems (IS).
- Notify stakeholders of any changes that may impact IS authorization.
- Perform self-assessments of systems and networks.
- Provide security oversight and evaluations for all system testing protocols.
- Participate in Integrated Product Team meetings to discuss system security.
- Execute audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary countermeasures.
- Conduct security evaluations at subordinate facilities and compile relevant documentation for system accreditation.
- Coordinate and manage IS inspections, reports, and responses.
- Maintain IS security records and advise on Co-Utilization Agreements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supporting DoD/IC security and information technology systems.
- Experience with special access programs is advantageous.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Proven ability to present information effectively to executives and program leadership.
- Must possess at least one of the following certifications:
  • CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH

- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- An analytical mindset with proficient problem-solving capabilities is necessary.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000, with actual compensation determined based on various factors.
