About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Onyx Server to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. As an Onyx Server, you'll play a key role in creating seamless and memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring that every detail is attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Describe menu items to guests, highlighting their origin, taste, and preparation methods.
  • Communicate guest orders to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Process payments, settle voided checks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior serving experience in an upscale restaurant.
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
