Role Summary of Converting Machine Adjuster

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and fine-tuning bag machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Assisting the shift Lead in the setup and adjustment processes.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow Adjusters, Bag Machine Operators, Quality Assurance personnel, and Mechanics.
Position Details

Compensation starts at $19.50+ based on shift assignments.

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

This position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Converting Machine Adjuster role, candidates should have:

  • Experience in setting up machinery and equipment within a manufacturing context.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or construction settings.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
