Position Summary

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the bank's offerings. This position involves engaging with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed and adhere to all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Utilize effective communication skills and experience to address and resolve client complaints.
  • Assist clients with transaction verifications, fund transfers, statement inquiries, and disputes.
  • Provide support for online banking and bill payment queries.
  • Manage documentation for client disputes and ensure proper filing.
  • Collaborate with account representatives on inquiries related to signature cards.
  • Ensure accurate processing of address changes and follow up on returned mail.
  • Conduct regular audits for mail holds and signature card updates.
  • Monitor procedures for dormant accounts.
  • Offer assistance as a switchboard operator when necessary.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Be available for overtime as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
