The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is actively seeking a qualified Internist or Family Medicine Physician to assume a role as a Practice Monitor within a Primary Care Practice.
Key Requirements for the Family Medicine Physician:- Possession of an active State License
- Board Certification is mandatory
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Primary Care is required
- Compensation for this role is set at $2,000 for 20 charts
- Benefits are competitive and subject to negotiation
- This is a Part-time role
- Involves a monthly on-site visit (1 full day)
- Conduct a monthly on-site evaluation of the practice
- Review a specified number of records (minimum of 20), including patient documentation, prescribing details, and office records to ensure compliance with established Medical Care standards.
- The evaluation includes direct observation of the practice operations.
