Job Summary:The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications and monitor psychopharmacology treatment.
- Hold a valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Maryland.
- Have at least 1 year of employment experience working in a Primary Care/ Urgent Care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
