Job Description

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying and purchasing materials for our IFS System. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the integrity of part numbers and descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase orders for review by the Aftermarket Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchased materials.
  • Assist in gathering data for budget forecasts.
  • Negotiate prices within specified guidelines for routine material purchases.
  • Communicate effectively with the Aftermarket Manager to ensure material requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
