About the Role:
The LGBTQIA+ Student Resource Center is seeking a Program Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the center's programs and services, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for undergraduate and graduate students. You will work closely with the Director and other staff members to develop and implement programs, services, and events that promote LGBTQIA+ student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the center's programs and services, including event planning, budget management, and communication with students and staff.
  • Develop and implement programs and services that promote LGBTQIA+ student success and well-being, including workshops, support groups, and advocacy efforts.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to promote LGBTQIA+ student success and well-being, including faculty, staff, and student organizations.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, including one-on-one advising and group support.
