Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and assign work tasks for maintenance team members
  • Supervise all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members
  • Assist in performing and/or supervising housekeeping operations as assigned
Requirements
  • Two years of job-related experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school education preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
  • Understanding of fire and life safety regulations, fire prevention, and OSHA regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competent in written and verbal communication, with the ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
