About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GPU Cluster Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). As a key member of our Data Center GPU organization, you will be responsible for leading GPU cluster projects from requirements gathering to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Cluster Performance Engineering to define project requirements, align on deliverables, and maintain project schedule and scope.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure current and future cluster project plan requirements are addressed.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track project status and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in GPU architectures, parallel processing, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in GPU cluster performance.
Requirements
  • Detailed-oriented, self-driven with a strong sense of pride and ownership.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as a self-starter and as part of a team.
  • Proactively involve team members in planning, decision-making, and execution efforts.
  • People management experience is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle all levels of interaction, including executive level.
  • Horizontal leadership/matrix management experience.
  • Technical program management and customer relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
  • Formal project management education, PMP/Scrum Master.
