Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Project Development Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new projects from conceptualization to completion. This includes site planning, entitlements, due diligence, engineering, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of site plans, budgets, and schedules for new projects.
  • Conduct thorough site investigations to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including zoning board of appeals, plan commission, and board of supervisors meetings.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve project delivery and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, land planning, architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, site planning, and land development.
  • Knowledge of site planning, site engineering, and storm water design and management.
  • Strong ability to concurrently manage multiple development projects across various markets.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project is preferred.
