We employ psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.

Salary and Benefits

As a Clinical Therapist with LifeStance Health, you can expect a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $109,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus (full-time). In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more.

Job Description

As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals struggling with mental health issues. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
  • Fully licensed in Wisconsin
  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Child, adolescent, or adult experience
