Clinical Therapist

At Liberty Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will work with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that address a variety of diseases and impairments.
**Job Summary:**
This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced SLP to work in a supportive rehab environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
**Requirements:**
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Licensed in the state where the SNF is located
Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehab setting
**Compensation:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
