In this role, you will closely collaborate with a tenured team of nursing staff, nursing aids, physicians, and physical therapists. This collaborative approach ensures seamless communication and coordination among health care professionals, enhancing the overall patient care experience and promoting better outcomes for the individuals you serve. Your expertise and dedication to improving patients' functional abilities will be integral in contributing to the hospital's commitment to providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.
