Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive business tax planning and compliance services through expert consulting.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns to ensure accuracy and identify potential tax savings.
  • Oversee client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, meet deadlines, and share strategies for tax savings.
  • Collaborate with Partners, Senior Managers, and Staff on client management and business development initiatives.
  • Address both minor and complex issues with tax authorities, including the IRS.
  • Lead client meetings and provide mentorship to junior associates and interns.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Master's in Taxation or LLM in Taxation is preferred.
  • CPA certification or in progress, with a minimum of 2 years of tax-related experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in tax preparation, compliance, agency correspondence, and research.
  • Experience with tax provisions is a plus.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving with creativity and logic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven capability to build and maintain client relationships.
