Job Overview

Position: Tax Senior Associate

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Tax Senior Associate. This position offers two openings within our firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a CPA designation or be on a clear path to obtaining it shortly after hiring.
  • Proficient in researching and resolving intricate issues with limited supervision.
  • Experience in planning and overseeing larger engagements, along with a solid background in tax return preparation.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  • A competent understanding of accounting, auditing, and tax software is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, review, and execute assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, collaborating directly with Partners and Senior Managers.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete moderately complex projects.
  • Lead and supervise internal team members to ensure timely delivery of client engagements and projects.
  • Work alongside experienced personnel in managing large client engagements, identifying issues, analyzing tax laws, and assisting clients in determining optimal strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional and personal development, including relevant technical training.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities in alignment with all Firm policies and procedures to foster teamwork and loyalty.
  • Enhance client and team member experiences by demonstrating professionalism, competence, and capability.
