Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold safety and health protocols in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion the adoption of occupational safety initiatives and practices across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of compliance with OSHA standards throughout all levels of the company.
  • Oversee the safety audit program for construction and field sites to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Support site-level integration to address safety, quality, health, and environmental concerns.
  • Guide management and staff in understanding and complying with safety and health contract stipulations.
  • Coordinate thorough investigations of incidents related to injuries, property damage, and vehicle accidents to identify root causes.
  • Conduct specialized evaluations and internal safety audits to assess compliance and effectiveness.
  • Compile and present reports on audit findings, recommending corrective actions and tracking their implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of safety operations in field and construction environments.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business documents and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with standard business software applications is expected.
