Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by offering a friendly greeting and assisting clients and visitors with their needs.
  • Adhere to agency scheduling protocols to efficiently manage and maintain appointments.
  • Conduct patient registration tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating demographic information, and managing client accounts.
  • Uphold professional communication standards by answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. Ensure timely return of voicemail messages.
  • Screen calls, take messages, and provide accurate information, including details about client appointments.
  • Update billing information, process payments, and manage client records to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby area, promptly notifying housekeeping or maintenance of any additional needs.
  • Offer direction and wayfinding assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they navigate the premises with ease.
Minimum Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of relevant job experience

Preferred Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE: Coursework in medical/psychiatric terminology.

Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
