**Job Title:** Behavior Intervention Specialist

**Location:** Seabrook, District-Wide

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Behavior Intervention Specialist in our district. This role will be responsible for supporting students with IEPs in Grades PK-8 by implementing behavior intervention plans and working collaboratively with service providers.

**About the Job:**

The successful candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis science and will be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will work under the supervision of the Special Services Director and receive support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and teach new skills using evidence-based methods.
  • Work collaboratively with service providers to ensure carryover and generalization of academic, social, and behavior skills.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress.

**Salary:** $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
