Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As an Autism Therapy Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, trauma-free services to learners and families.

  • Design and implement high-quality individualized programming and behavior intervention plans for learners.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and aspiring BCBAs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to client progress and treatment outcomes.
