- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification.
- Valid respiratory therapist license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience working in critical care respiratory therapy, with a strong ability to assess and treat patients of all age groups and illness severity levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
