We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Radius Staffing Solutions in Garner, North Carolina. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for administering breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and monitoring patients' progress. About the JobThis full-time position is open to reviewing both CRTs and RRTs. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a critical care setting with night shifts, including three 12-hour shifts per week and four 12-hour shifts (with automatic overtime) during the second week. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available if needed.
Key Responsibilities- Administer breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and monitor patients' progress
- Assess and treat patients of all age groups and illness severity levels
- Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Valid respiratory therapist license in the state of North Carolina, or eligible to obtain
- Experience working in critical care respiratory therapy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Competitive compensation: $85,000 per year
