About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals at The Blick Center. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skill development and social skills support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and self-care
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with less than 6 points
  • Able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
  • 18 years of age or older
